Weight loss equivalents…

I found this on a forum and thought that it was interesting!  People on a weight loss journey always find it a slow process, and ‘do down’ their losses.  I am already a Bald Eagle and a Guinea Pig down from my highest weight, I think it is important to remember that carrying any extra weight around is a strain on the body.  I would like to get down to a weight where I will be around a 5 gallon bottle of water less than at my highest!  I honestly can’t imagine lifting that amount, let alone carting it around all day everyday!!!
